About Sarah
Sarah grew up in southern California and felt called to move to Oklahoma to attend Oral Roberts University, where her love for counseling grew into a lifelong calling. She and her family have made Oklahoma home ever since. Sarah is passionate about all that life has to offer and is often found seeking adventure. She loves encouraging others — both in the counseling space and in the world around her.
Sarah is involved in outreach, dance, and enjoys the arts and nature. She also finds joy in spending time with her family and friends, often hosting the next game night or creating a new recipe. These moments of connection and creativity are part of what she brings into her work with clients: a sense of curiosity, warmth, and appreciation for the fullness of life.
